Eleazar Kim
Eleazar Kim is an experienced trial attorney with extensive experience in complex tort litigation, product defects, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud – with focus on claims under Song-Beverly, Magnuson-Moss, and against auto manufacturers. Over the years, Kim has helped secured millions of dollars in compensation for consumers who have been affected in different ways. He has played an active role in many mass tort actions, some of which include Nissan North America Warranty Cases, JCCP No. 5059, and Ford Motor Warranty Cases, JCCP No. 4856 and 4924, for example. Throughout his career, Eleazar Kim has been successful in all of his federal and state trials and has helped thousands of clients recovery the highest compensation available for their claims. Kim obtained his law degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. When he is not attending to consumer cases, Kim is actually a faculty law professor working with first year and last year law students.
