Eleazar Kim is an experienced trial attorney with extensive experience in complex tort litigation, product defects, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud – with focus on claims under Song-Beverly, Magnuson-Moss, and against auto manufacturers. Over the years, Kim has helped secured millions of dollars in compensation for consumers who have been affected in different ways. He has played an active role in many mass tort actions, some of which include Nissan North America Warranty Cases, JCCP No. 5059, and Ford Motor Warranty Cases, JCCP No. 4856 and 4924, for example. Kim obtained his law degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.
